This Sunday is our Early Birds service in the Hall at 9.15am. The story is the Road to Emmaus, where 2 disciples recognized Jesus on Easter Day, when he took the bread at supper and broke it. We meet Jesus at Holy Communion, when we communicate with Him, on a one to one basis. In our modern world, we communicate one to one daily on our smartphones, keeping our relationships with those we love alive –do we communicate with Jesus as often? Keeping our relationship with him alive? We should!
Thank you to those who came and enjoyed the beautiful bluebells, last Sunday. We raised £50, only 6 days after the Easter Egg Hunt. Well done! Your support for St. Michael’s is so appreciated.
Only 2 weeks to the Spring Fair – we need children’s value items (i.e. scooter, bike, etc), any bottles for the bottle tombola, children’s tombola prizes, cakes and your help for a couple of hours to help run stalls. Please volunteer!
Please spread the word to your friends and family and come 11-2 Saturday 18th May.
