The years spent as Vicar at St Michaels have been the most amazing time of ministry. Together we have improved our buildings and resources for the Church and Community so we are able to provide modern support to businesses in the hall and to worship or concerts.
We have grown in our faith and in understanding what loving God and others looks like so are involved in caring for the world by supporting key charities and in providing places of friendship and welcome for all times of life. The prayer ministry and worship is so varied and all done because of the dedication and shared ministry of the people who make up the church.
As you look at this website, whether for business or faith I hope you will recognize a community made up of many facets. People who belong to a community, people who want to attend christian community, people who want to help others effectively and an organisation which embraces the modern world both socially and in supporting local business or events.
I am sure the next person appointed as vicar will find a vibrant community keen to grow and continue learning and working together and I wish them all well.
