There is no substitute for reading the Bible. You could read the four Gospels (meaning good news) in the New Testament about the life of Jesus: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. You could also read the Acts of the Apostles and the letters written by the early Christians, such as St Paul, in the New Testament.
…… and of course, the Old Testament, starting at Genesis.
YOU CAN READ THE BIBLE ON THE INTERNET – Choose from several translations.
